All rooms are nonsmoking. Some rooms are pet friendly with a $10 per night pet fee.  An advanced deposit of the first nights stay is required to secure reservation. All advanced reservation deposits are refundable if cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival. If not, the advanced deposit will be forfeited. A three-night minimum will be required for any holiday.

Complimentary coffee/tea is provided in the rooms. Wireless internet access is available in all units. Beginning March 1st 2010 check-in time will be 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.
