Rental Policies 

Key Lock box code access will be provided 3 days advance of your stay.

 

Check In & Out:

Check-in: No earlier than 3:00 PM

Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM.

Please return your keys to the lock box before 11:00 AM. Please be courteous to the rules. so our house keeper has enough time to ensure our guests a spotless unit, otherwise additional charges will apply.

 

Pet Fee:

$20 for one pet the 1st night, $30 for two pets, additional nights are $10 and $15 respectively. Please do not leave your pets unattended in the unit or in your vehicle onsite at any time. City leash laws must be obeyed, including on the property.

 

The Space:

This is a vacation rental condo. In an effort to offer an awesome beach experience at a minimal price, we provide clean towels and linens for each guest's stay, but we do not have daily housekeeping nor provide clean towels daily. Please wash, dry, and put away all kitchenware used. Any dirty dishes left at checkout will result in a $50.00 cleaning fee charged.

This condo is equipped with basic spices (salt, pepper), plus oil, and oil spray. We also have coffee filters, and an adequate array of cooking pans, pots, bowls, casserole dishes, and utensils. Due to odors that stay around a long time, no cooking fresh seafood in the condo.

 

Parking: 

Overnight Guest parking is complimentary on site, 1 vehicle per unit rented is allowed. Unauthorized vehicles or Park in Public parking lot after Midnight will be towed at the owner guess’s expense.  

 

Please note there is a 2-night minimum on certain Federal Holidays, Special Events, and during July and August, unless only 1 night is available. Great beach location at the quiet northern end of Seaside's famous Promenade, yet a short 10-minute walk to downtown and it's restaurants, shopping, and attractions

Any Guest (including their pets) who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the Condo or any furniture or furnishings within the Condo, shall be liable and charged for damages, including the Condo's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.

 

No smoking or burn candles in the unit due to the potential fire threat they pose.

 

The Tradewinds Condos is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Should any Guest lose personal belongings while staying at the Tradewinds Condominium.

Guest access:

In the Commons Area, there is a large Infrared BBQ with included wood chips and all the utensils you'll need to barbecue. There is a patio area with tables & chairs to dine outside, along with a covered smoking area onsite.

 

Out front is a beautiful landscaped lawn where you can plop down on your lawn chair and enjoy our spectacular sunsets. It's state-owned property and perfectly legal without any permit! 'Keep the fire small as a lawn chair and west of the vegetation line and extinguish with water, not sand.' (Oregon State Parks rules) So whether you are seeking that perfect spot for that special occasion, or seeking a fun family getaway, or simply to be away from it all- we hope you'll come stay at our place and experience all there is here at the Beach! Bring some starter wood to light a campfire on the beach! (The driftwood is often wet and hard to start without dry wood from home!).

 

Other things to note:

We do provide bath soap bars, complimentary shampoo and conditioner, as well as complimentary coffee for a day or two (depending on how much one consumes.) :)

Bring roasting sticks and marshmallows and hotdogs and you'll have a very fun and memorable meal :)
